Key Districts

Singapore being a small sunny island, has a relatively compact real estate market as compared to larger countries. The size of Singapore allows property agents like me to gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the entire property landscape across the nation.

I have experience transacting many deals island wide. From HDB homes, to private residential properties and commercial properties. However, over the course of my 15-year career as a Real Estate Agent in Singapore, I have developed a passion for properties in a few districts. This has made me intimately familiar with the unique characteristics, demographics, property market dynamics, and investment opportunities in those areas. 

Here are the key districts which I am passionate about and often refer to as “My Work Playground”:

 

District 1 (Raffles Place, Marina, Cecil)

A highly sought-after and prominent area known for its significance in the country’s financial and business landscape. The Financial Hub (Raffles Place) houses numerous local and international banks, financial institutions, corporate headquarters, and professional services firms.

District 1 is characterized by its iconic skyline, prominent landmarks, connectivity (part of Singapore’s Central Business District), and a wide range of lifestyle and amenities, making it an attractive location for businesses, professionals, and residents seeking a prestigious urban experience. I personally have closed numerous deals at Reflections at Keppel Bay and Corals at Keppel Bay (just to name a few).

District 9 (Orchard Road, River Valley)

District 10 (Bukit Timah, Holland, Balmoral)

District 10 is known for its high-end residential properties, including upscale condominiums (such as the newly-launched Reserve Residences), landed houses, and Good Class Bungalows (GCBs).
